Join Our Elite Care Team!
Are you a compassionate caregiver looking for a workplace that values and supports you? Do you want to be part of a team where care is personal, meaningful, and deeply respected? At Villas at Killearn Lakes, we are redefining elder care by creating a true home environment, not a facility.
We believe that caring for the elderly is more than just a job—it’s a calling. If you are looking for a career that makes an impact and have a heart for helping others, Villas at Killearn Lakes is a place for you!
Why Choose Villas at Killearn Lakes?Unlike traditional assisted living facilities, we are a neighborhood of homes, where Care Partners provide support in a family‑style setting. There are no long hallways or ever‑changing floor assignments where you feel as if you never get to know the people you are helping. Each villa houses only 12 elders, with a 1:6 caregiver‑to‑elder ratio allowing you to build real relationships and provide care that truly matters.
Our leadership is hands‑on, engaged, and invested in your success. When you join our team, you’re not just an employee—you’re part of a movement dedicated to changing the way elder care is delivered.
