Unlike traditional assisted living facilities, we are a neighborhood of homes, where Care Partners provide support in a family‑style setting. There are no long hallways or ever‑changing floor assignments where you feel as if you never get to know the people you are helping. Each villa houses only 12 elders, with a 1:6 caregiver‑to‑elder ratio allowing you to build real relationships and provide care that truly matters.

• 6+ months of healthcare experience or C.N.A./HHA certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18+ years old
• Reliable transportation

• Full‑time: 40 hours per week
• Part‑time: 16–24 hours per week

• 8‑hour shifts available
• Morning: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Evening: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Night: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Monday – Sunday | Rotating weekends
