Spearheaded by our medical director, Dr. Leslie Baumann, an internationally renowned board‑certified dermatologist, researcher, and bestselling author, we are opening our fourth location in Miami, FL in Spring 2026 and are ready to partner with top talent who share our commitment to excellence.

We’re seeking an Esthetician / Laser Technician to provide advanced aesthetic and laser treatments, deliver an exceptional client experience, and help support the continued growth of our practice. This role combines hands‑on clinical treatments with client education and will play an integral part in maintaining our high standards of safety, results, and service.

You will conduct consultations, recommend personalized treatment plans, and deliver services while staying informed on current technologies, protocols, and skincare trends.

• Deliver aesthetic and laser treatments in alignment with licensure, certification, and advanced training, including laser services, customized facials, chemical peels, and body treatments
• Conduct comprehensive consultations, including skin analysis, goal setting, and development of personalized skincare and treatment plans in collaboration with aesthetic injectors
• Provide clear, thorough pre‑ and post‑treatment guidance to support optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and charting in accordance with practice standards
• Recommend and educate patients on appropriate products and treatment pathways that support long‑term skin health goals
• Uphold the highest standards of sanitation, safety, infection control, and device operation
• Support clinic initiatives including service launches, promotions, and membership programs
• Contribute to clinic performance by meeting individual and team‑based revenue, utilization, and retail goals, and actively participate in monthly performance reviews, goal tracking, and continuous improvement discussions
• Stay current on industry trends, evolving treatment protocols, and advancements in laser and device technology
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of clinic operations and the overall patient experience

• Active Florida Esthetician License
• Met and can demonstrate completion of Florida specific training and examination requirements to provide laser‑ and light‑based hair removal services
• Minimum of one year of experience providing aesthetic and/or laser services as a licensed esthetician

• Experience in a clinical or medical aesthetics setting, including medical spas, dermatology practices, or luxury spa environments
• Phlebotomist certification recognized in state of Florida
• Strong client communication skills with the ability to build trust and long‑term rapport
• Professional presentation and a commitment to confidentiality in all client interactions
• Ability to follow medical protocols, safety standards, and treatment guidelines
• Flexibility to work rotating weekend schedules

• Prolonged standing during treatment services
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (equipment/boxes)
• Ability to work with various devices, tools, and equipment safely

Open to part‑time or full‑time (minimum 3 days/week, some Saturdays required)

Hourly + Commission DOE
