The Division of Medical Quality Assurance, Background Screening Unit is seeking a qualified applicant who has experience with customer service and unit internal and external department correspondence.
ResponsibilitiesThe position would be responsible for:
- Answering phone calls and providing information to applicants/licensees
- Replying to general emails
- Document intake and processing
- Handling communications and documents received via fax
- Processing mail
- Applying principles of effective communication
- Using correct grammar usage
- Working independently and prioritizing multiple tasks
- Sorting data alphabetically, numerically, and categorically
Perform other related work as required.

This is a full-time, on-site role with no provision for remote work.
