Responsibilities- Create, manage, and update administrative accounts in the Employ Florida (EF) system.
- Review, approve, and respond to service requests submitted to the Online Project Communication portal.
- Assist in enhancements and refinements to workforce program reporting systems.
- Establish and maintain ongoing working relationships with partners and customers to ensure delivery of quality products with regard to supporting system enhancements and workforce programs.
- Assist and prioritize the development and implementation of system modules and coordinate communication between agencies and workforce partners.
- Participate in data validation procedures/audits related to the Employ Florida system.
- Review policies, procedures, guidelines, state and local plans, evaluate impact on program operations, identify potential problems, and recommend appropriate action.
- Monitor weekly, monthly, and/or annual reports of site traffic and suspicious activity.
- Create queries and manage relational databases.
- Knowledge of the methods of data collection and analysis.
- Ability to organize data into logical format for presentation in reports, documents, and other written materials.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to utilize problem‑solving techniques.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of the principles and techniques of effective communication.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Skilled in group presentations or workshop instruction and/or facilitation.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in individual and group settings, both verbally and in writing.
- Level 2 security background screening (fingerprinting and check of law‑enforcement records).
- Perform duties at the official work site of the Department.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, technology, public administration, business administration, or related field, or at least two years of equivalent work experience in workforce development programs.
- Working knowledge of Wagner‑Peyser, Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, Welfare Transition, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, Migrant and Seasonal Farm worker, and Trade Adjustment Act programs.
$20 – $25 hourly (based on experience)
