Overview
The primary purpose of this position is to develop broad gauged individuals who can deal effectively with change complexity within the Air Force environment as it relates to the Manpower and Organization career field.

Responsibilities- Provides input to assist in managing DoD and Air Force productivity, awards, and recognition programs.
- As an advanced trainee, assists senior technicians in planning, developing, and conducting organizational structure, workforce staffing/utilization, and/or space utilization studies to improve and simplify processes and maximize resource utilization.
- Assist senior analysts in providing guidance in managing the Performance Management Program.
- Assists in conducting work measurement, methods and procedures, manpower requirements utilization, and/or engineered time standard studies.
- Assists in conducting competitive sourcing studies, management surveys and/or research projects.
- Assists in performing internal management support services in the areas of program cost monitoring, annual fiscal planning and development of annual work plan(s) for organizations of limited scope.
Completion of 1 full year of graduate level education, or bachelor’s degree with Superior Academic Achievement (SAA), or 1 year specialized experience equivalent to GS-5; or other qualifying combinations as specified in the original public notice.

- Successful completion of training and regulatory requirements as identified in the training plan

Basic eligibility for the DHA Recent Graduates program; transcripts required; education must be accredited; transfers and grade point averages may be used to determine eligibility; foreign education must be evaluated for equivalence.
