Remote Role
Pay Rate: $25.00/hr - $31.00/hr
Description:- The Sr Time and Labor Analyst will manage the application, compliance and posting/reconciliation of time and labor for designated divisions.
- This includes root cause analysis, problem resolution, customer service, written and oral communication, understanding of company policies and federal and state laws, training, system testing and time management.
- This role will also calculate RRP each week and track for audit. Assistance in reviewing test cases on TL projects.
- Triage the timekeeping mailbox.
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2 or more years of prior related experience. In lieu of degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
- Experience in T&L compliance, finance, audit or payroll.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
- Computer skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
