Job Overview
Senior Property Accountant Manager (Hybrid) – multiple property software used. Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year.
About UsWe are seeking a driven Property Accountant to grow into a Property Accounting Manager role. This position is hybrid with flexibility to work remotely up to two days a week.

- Oversee and manage general accounting functions including AP, AR, GL, and taxes.
- Coordinate and direct preparation of financial forecasts, reports, and statements.
- Perform cash forecasting, planning, and management to support financial stability.
- Review and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and variances.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline and improve operations.
- Maintain financial management systems (Yardi, MRI, Real Page, TOPS, Entrata) for efficient processing.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies for financial growth and sustainability.
- Provide strategic guidance around capital financing options to support company growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Engineering industry.
- Proven experience in real estate accounting, property accounting, and multi‑family.
- Proficiency with Yardi, MRI, Real Page, TOPS, and Entrata.
- Strong knowledge of financial forecasting, cash management, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to change and work in fast‑paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with commitment to develop and motivate team.
- Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CGA, CA) is a plus.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
