Responsible for assisting the Internal Audit Manager in the audits of the various business functions of the school system and maintaining compliance with rules, regulations, and School Board policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited institution
• Three or more years of experience in internal audit or governmental audit
• OR
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Five or more years of experience in internal audit
• Government auditing experience and/or knowledge of government financial procedures, policies, and regulations
