• Lead all plant-level financial activities: cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and leadership to identify efficiencies and unlock savings.
• Translate KPIs into actionable insights to boost productivity and profitability.
• Own inventory controls, product costing, and month-end close with precision and speed.
• Support Cap Ex projects, labor cost management, and lean initiatives with smart financial oversight.
• Serve as the financial conscience of the plant — proactive, analytical, and always value-focused.

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA is a plus).
• 5+ years in cost accounting or plant finance, ideally in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of standard costing, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), and Excel wizardry.
• A hands-on attitude with the confidence to challenge the status quo.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly across all levels — from shop floor to boardroom.
