About the Part‑Time Teller Role

Join our dynamic team as a Part‑time Teller, where exceptional customer service and operational excellence meet. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you’ll play a vital role in delivering personalized banking experiences while ensuring the highest standards of security and compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently process deposits, check cashing, and withdrawals, verifying cash and endorsements, and issuing receipts with meticulous attention to detail.
• Cross‑sell and educate clients on the Bank’s diverse financial products and services, enhancing client relationships and fostering financial wellness.
• Handle credit card payments, issue money orders, bank checks, and accept loan payments, ensuring accuracy and security.
• Manage night deposit bags, admit clients to safe deposit boxes, and maintain confidentiality and security at all times.
• Respond promptly to customer questions, provide account balances, and assist with general banking needs, cultivating a welcoming environment.
• Perform end‑of‑day balancing of transactions, verify cash totals, and reconcile ATMs; maintain detailed reports and logs to ensure compliance and accurate record retention.

Qualifications Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer service and cash handling.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively within small teams.
• Fluent in English; bilingual a plus.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
• Ability to lift 10–20 lbs., stand for extended periods.

Preferred

• Previous banking or financial services experience.

Schedule Part‑time Position With Hours Aligned To Branch Operations

• Mon–Thu: 12:30 PM – 5:00 PM
• Fri: 12:30 PM – 6:00 PM
• Sat: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM (rotating schedule)
• Sun:
  Closed

Employees may need to remain 15–30 minutes after closing.
