Summary:

This opportunity is for an experienced health actuary supporting Medicare Advantage financial performance, with a strong focus on IBNR modeling, claims analytics, and risk adjustment. The role partners closely with finance and market teams on forecasting, reserving, and business planning, while leveraging advanced statistical and data tools to deliver actionable insights. Ideal for an ASA with hands‑on MA experience and leadership exposure.

Key Responsibilities &

Qualifications:

• ASA designation (or near‑ASA) with progression toward FSA preferred
• Enhance IBNR models and support an efficient monthly close process
• Partner with finance on annual planning, forecasting, and reserve projections
• Analyze payer claims data to identify cost drivers and trend assumptions
• Run CMS risk adjustment models and calculate member‑level risk scores
• Perform actuarial analysis using CMS public data and statistical modeling
