Remote position open to candidates in the US. Reports to the Chief Financial Officer. Salary range $150,000 - $190,000 per year.

The Director of Finance will oversee day‑to‑day financial operations, partner with the CFO and senior leadership, manage core financial processes, and provide data‑driven insights that guide operational and strategic decision‑making.
In This Role, You Will- Support the CFO in developing and executing the company’s financial strategy.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support business planning and performance.
- Participate in financial evaluations related to investments, business initiatives, and strategic projects.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams including operations, sales, and marketing to support financial objectives across the organization.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes.
- Prepare financial forecasts and conduct variance analysis.
- Recommend actions to improve profitability and financial performance.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements.
- Analyze and deliver insightful commentary on monthly financial reporting.
- Identify and measure SaaS key performance indicators.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
- Maintain a cash flow forecast to ensure covenant compliance.
- Provide financial analysis to support pricing, capital expenditures, and investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership to evaluate new business opportunities.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support long‑term planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 8+ years in a senior finance role, ideally as a Director or Finance Manager.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and partner effectively with non‑financial stakeholders.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Highly adaptable and independent thinker.
- Experience with financial software such as Sage Intacct, Hub Spot, and Power BI is a plus.
