Risk Manager

• Assist in developing and maintaining the organization’s risk management framework.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and prioritize organizational risks.
• Monitor risk exposure and emerging risks in the organization’s operations.
• Analyse data and trends to identify potential areas of risk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure risks are identified and addressed proactively.
• Support the design and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to risk management.
• Prepare detailed risk assessment reports, including findings and recommendations.
• Present risk management updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with departments to ensure understanding and ownership of risk mitigation actions.
• Assist in training staff on risk management principles and practices.
• Promote a culture of risk awareness and proactive risk management within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to risk management.
• Maintain high ethical standards and accountability in all risk management activities.

Requirements:

• 📌 University degree in
  
  B.Com(staff), Business Management or Business Law.
• 📌 Risk management certifications (e.g., CRM, ISO 31000) is preferred.
• 📌 At least five years of experience in risk management or internal control roles.
• 📌 Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Myanmar.
• 📌 Experience in supporting risk assessments and presenting findings to management.
• 📌 Knowledge of risk management frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000).
• 📌 Familiarity with financial systems, audit systems, and risk tracking tools.
• 📌 Advance knowledge in Excel and other risk analysis software/tools.
• 📌 Experience in monitoring compliance with policies and procedures.
• 📌 Ability to assess and mitigate risks related to operations, finance, and compliance.
• 📌 Good understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• 📌 Willingness to travel for on-site risk assessments and compliance monitoring.
