SUMMARY

• Check guest identification in compliance with gaming compact regulations.
• Manage lost and found to best ensure found items are returned to their rightful owners.
• Respond to calls for escorts, chip fills, markers and credits.
• Respond to emergency situations, such as fires, disturbances and medical needs.
• Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s mission, “Unconquered Vision, Unparalleled Service, Unlimited Future, and values of Fast, Fun, Friendly, Fresh and Focused in all we do.”
• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
• Ensure prompt and discrete notification to management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
• Show a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discretely notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations.
• And other duties assigned by your management team.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Must hold a valid motor vehicle license with good driving record.
• Must be able to wear a radio earphone without medical limitations.
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time, able to climb steps, respond to emergency situations and handle basic duties and responsibilities of the position.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 15 pounds.
• Ability to secure property by riding a bicycle around the property during the heat of the day, preferred.
• Must be computer literate. Must know how to use Outlook, Word and perform data entry functions.
• Must be able to write statements as needed.

• While performing the duties of this job, team member is regularly required to stand, walk, and demonstrate high‑mobility for a majority of the shift.
