Responsibilities
  • Overall management of all casino table games for a particular shift.
  • Review game spread & staffing levels and recommend changes to the Director Table Games and Director Casino Administration.
  • Ensure compliance with all Seminole Gaming’s Compliance and Regulations.
  • Distribute and administer performance appraisals, commendations, constructive letters, and discipline to all reporting levels of table games department employees.
  • Review internal security of all table games and maintain surveillance of all activities that could affect the efficiency, effectiveness, and integrity of the casino operation.
  • Handle all customer disputes and complaints while encompassing regulations and Seminole Gaming’s management philosophies.
Education and/or Experience
  • Fifteen years casino experience with a minimum of ten years at a management level in Table Games and five years of direct responsibility over the daily operation of a shift in a Table Games department.
  • Must be knowledgeable of all table games Seminole Gaming’s Compliance/Regulations.
Work Environment
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, and demonstrate high‑mobility for majority of shift.
  • Speak and listen to internal and external customer directions or orders in varying background noise; transit across carpeted, hard, slippery or sloping surfaces; use hands to handle small objects; and reach overhead and side to side.
  • Vision requirements include captured, distance, color, peripheral vision, and depth perception. Will often transition between brightly lit and dimly lit areas, including flashing lights and screen displays.
  • Position requires bending, lifting, and carrying supplies and equipment up to 20 pounds, using, pushing and pulling wheeled hand‑carts or other equipment weighing in excess of 100 lbs.
  • Regularly bend, stoop, kneel, and twist at the waist; may occasionallyondo expose to bodily fluids, pets or service animals, and strong odors.
  • Regularly exposed to tobacco and other second hand smoke.
  • May occasionally use de‑escalation techniques to resolve customer conflict.
  • Required to assist in customer evacuation in case of emergency.
