In this multi-faceted role, you will collaborate on engineering design, project execution, and internal operations.
Technical Leadership: Prepare or oversee engineering calculations, AutoCAD 3D designs, master plans, models, and construction documents.
Project Management: Serve as the Project Manager or Technical Lead based on project complexity; manage schedules, budgets, and cost evaluations.
Innovation: Lead pilot studies, research emerging technologies/regulations, and implement "smart utility" solutions.
Collaboration: Coordinate with clients, subconsultants, and vendors; mentor support staff including junior engineers and CADD designers.
Growth: Support business development through proposals, presentations, and stakeholder outreach.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
Experience: At least six (6) years of engineering experience (ideally 8–15 years for those seeking senior mentorship).
Licensure: Florida PE license (or the ability to obtain it within 4 months).
Technical
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).Soft Skills: Strong communication, self-motivated leadership, and organizational excellence.
Legal: U.S. Citizen or Resident Alien (Green Card) status; valid driver’s license with an excellent record.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Degree: Master’s degree in water/wastewater, water resources, or site development.
Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD 3D, GIS, modeling/hydraulics, and database management.
Leadership: Prior project management training or experience.
