Location:Eglin AFB, FL - Niceville, FL

Responsibilities:- Support the 40 FLTS at Eglin AFB, FL by developing, conducting, and coordinating high‑priority planning and in‑depth data analyses.
- Provide system performance/effectiveness analyses to support developing new armament, sensor, and aircraft systems.
- Assist in test planning and design, identifying test data requirements, collaborating with instrumentation engineers, collecting and downloading data, and preparing data for analysis.
- Participate in test run card development, program technical reviews, mission briefs, debriefs, and support test mission execution.
- Conduct real‑time quick look evaluations, post‑mission data validation/verification, and review flight test reports for anomaly investigation.
- Analyze issues, coordinate recommendations for resolution, and monitor similar test activities for integration opportunities.
- Occasional travel may be required. May oversee less senior staff or lead all staff assigned to a specific job.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an applicable discipline.
- 3 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in operational or developmental test organizations is highly desired.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance and be eligible for Top Secret if needed.
