Responsibilities
  • Research (25%) in public and WWII history
  • Teaching (25%) – one course per semester
  • Archival work (50%) with University Libraries and the WWII Archives program, including assessment of WWII‑related collections and contribution to collection development policy, processing, digitization priorities, research services, and promotion of collections
Qualifications
  • Ph.D. in History or related field from an accredited institution, earned within five years of initial appointment
  • Expertise in public history with an archival management focus and interest in mid‑twentieth‑century U.S. history
  • Special interest or expertise in the history of World War II
