Position: OPS Computer Lab Attendant (Learning Resource Center - Anne's College)
Location: Tallahassee

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate classes scheduled in the computer labs.
  • Assist users (Anne's College faculty, staff, and students).
  • Checkout/in equipment.
  • Maintain reservations for labs, conference rooms, and study areas.
  • Set up for videoconferencing.
Qualifications

High school diploma.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Preference will be given to Anne's College graduate students (with at least 2 semesters before graduation).
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Canvas.
  • Basic computer troubleshooting and videoconferencing experience.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.

This position works 15-20 hours per week; schedules will vary.

The lab hours are:

Monday-Thursday: 7:45 AM-10 PM

Friday: 7:45 AM-6 PM
