Monday–Friday, 22–30 hours per week

As a Preschool Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and loving classroom where young children can grow socially, emotionally, cognitively, and physically. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a team‑oriented setting and is passionate about play‑based learning.
What You’ll Do- Create and implement hands‑on, play‑based lesson plans that support kindergarten readiness
- Guide children in developing social‑emotional skills, confidence, and friendships
- Observe and document learning using photos, portfolios, and classroom displays
- Communicate with families through both informal and formal daily interactions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom environment
- Ensure compliance with childcare licensing standards and school policies
- Collaborate with fellow educators and attend team meetings and ongoing training
- Completion of Florida DCF 40‑hour mandated training
- 3–5 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting
- Strong understanding of child development and play‑based practices
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable personality
- Excellent communication skills and a love for working with families
- Familiarity with Creative Curriculum and/or Teaching Strategies GOLD (preferred)
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
