The Consultant will work with the Child Support Program Operational Procedures and Training Process augmenting current program resources by providing technical assistance and consultation services in support of the development and revision of instructor-led and computer-based training, and other work related to updating the Program’s instructional material for the CAMS Upgrade project.
This position will work and coordinate with agency executive and managing sponsors, technical and functional staff, contractors, and Program operational and support processes.
Experience, Duties, and Responsibilities –Technical TrainerRequired experience:
- Minimum of three years of experience developing instructor-led and computer-based training.
- Experience writing technical instructions.
- Minimum of three years of experience working with Articulate Storyline 360.
- Experience with knowledge base software.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Education - bachelor’s degree or certification in Instructional Design or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
