Florida Institute for Child Welfare
Responsibilities- Assist with the design, implementation, and evaluation of child welfare-related research projects.
- Collect, manage, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
- Assist in participant recruitment and interview scheduling (as needed).
- Conduct literature reviews and synthesize findings.
- Draft reports, briefs, and other dissemination materials.
- Collaborate with faculty, graduate assistants, and programmatic staff.
- Support continuous quality improvement (CQI) efforts.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to project planning and development.
Master's degree in social work, public health, psychology, education, or a related field.
Preferred QualificationsPh.D. in social work, public health, psychology, education, or a related field.
Experience with research methods, data analysis, and academic writing.
Other InformationAnnual task supervision will be assigned based on project alignment and may change each year. This position is part of a strategic expansion of FICW's Research and Evaluation team. There are opportunities for professional development and involvement in high-impact research initiatives.
