Youth Sports Instructors Needed for Preschool and Elementary Age Children. Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with an emphasis on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best‑in‑class coaching, curriculum and communication. We coach at more than 150 locations around Northern and Central Florida with more than 10,000 children enrolled annually.

• Starting Pay - $23 - $28 per hour (commensurate on experience)
• Detailed Coaching Progression – you train more, you get paid more

• Passion for early education and positively impacting youth
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma
• Eligible to work in the U.S., including passing a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check
• Must be 18 in accordance with Florida statutes to pass a DCF Level 2 background Check

Monday through Friday 8:30am–6:00pm
Saturday 8:30am–12:00pm

• Safely manage a class of up to 16 children
• Implement our curriculum focusing on skill and character development
• Arrive on time to locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families
• Maintain equipment and manage class rosters
• Go home knowing you made a difference

Compensation: $23-$28 per hour (Part Time)

We train the best coaches in the business. We put every Soccer Shots coach through our comprehensive training program to receive certification that includes developmentally appropriate coaching techniques. Our coaches are routinely evaluated and undergo ongoing training. Our coach selection process focuses on coaching ability and the ability to engage and inspire children. If you have experience coaching another sport, bring that experience to our team and we will help you continue improving your coaching techniques.

We use an expert-approved curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards. Our developmentally appropriate curriculum emphasizes character development and skill building in an early childhood environment. The program is created under the guidance of childhood education specialists, professional soccer players and experienced coaches, and is regularly updated to stay current with standards.

Our families experience exceptional customer service and ongoing communication. Members of the Soccer Shots team must be excellent communicators with children, parents, partners and teammates. We aim for timely, responsive communication.
