this is a professional position in the department of revenue’s training and professional development business process. This position is one of three instructional designers responsible for developing and designing enterprise-wide training. The incumbent will co-lead the design and development of instructionally sound, engaging, and accessible training courses and related materials within a team environment, develop and execute comprehensive project and communication plans, facilitate and deliver training, and develop training evaluations.
minimum requirements:- two years’ experience writing, designing, and verbally delivering training courses for learners for delivery in classrooms, online, webinar, or other channels or platforms.
- two years’ experience managing projects related to training delivery.
- experience developing elearning with design software such as articulate 360 or captivate.
- experience administering or assisting with administration of a learning management system.
- experience developing workplace communications.
- this is not a telework position.
