We are seeking a dynamic, part-time Contract Instructor Tactics to support our contract at Naval Station Mayport, FL. This position is crucial in preparing Fleet Replacement Aircrew and Pilots for operational excellence in the MH-60R platform. • Deliver high-impact instruction in:
• Tactical Operational Flight Trainers (TOFT)
• Weapons Tactic Trainers (WTT)
• Naval Aircrew Training System (NATS)
• All Tactical Syllabus events for Fleet Replacement Aircrew and Pilots

Teach And Demonstrate Tactical Procedures For Search and Rescue (SAR);
Vertical Replenishment (Vertrep);
Helicopter In-Flight Refueling (HIFR);
Crew-served Weapons. Participate in quarterly Tactics Standardization meetings to ensure the highest level of instructional quality and tactical consistency.

• NATOPS-qualified MH-60R Sensor Operator with at least one fleet tour
• Minimum 800 hours in the MH-60R
• Experience as a Seahawk Weapons Tactics Instructor and/or HSM Fleet Replacement Squadron Instructor
• Current Secret security clearance (required)
• Strong communication and instructional skills
• Dedication to student success and tactical excellence
