Job Summary

The Training Lead – OCM is responsible for planning, designing, delivering, and assessing end-user training as part of a broader Organizational Change Management strategy. This role ensures that stakeholders are prepared to adopt new systems, processes, and technologies through effective training, communication, and change enablement activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end training strategy, design, delivery, and assessment aligned with Organizational Change Management (OCM) objectives
  • Conduct training needs analysis and develop role-based curricula, training materials, and learning paths
  • Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and train-the-trainer sessions to support system and process adoption
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, surveys, and performance metrics; refine content as needed
  • Collaborate with project, business, and OCM stakeholders to ensure user readiness and successful adoption
  • Support change initiatives by aligning training with communication, stakeholder engagement, and go-live activities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in training design, delivery, and assessment
  • 5+ years of experience supporting OCM initiatives on large-scale projects
  • Proven experience leading training for system implementations (ERP, CRM, Eligibility Systems, etc.)
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with state or government projects
  • Experience with Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES) or similar enterprise platforms
  • Certification in Prosci ADKAR , Change Management, or Learning & Development
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
