• Provide support to FDOE staff to integrate student‑centered approaches across all subject areas.
• Deliver professional learning to districts and teachers to promote benchmarks‑aligned, high‑quality instruction that builds a foundation for future learning and improves student learning outcomes.
• Support educators in analyzing data to adjust instruction, differentiate supports, and provide timely corrective feedback.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum:
  Bachelor’s degree in education, curriculum and instruction, or related field and five years of professional experience.
• Preferred:
  Master’s degree;
  Florida educator certification with demonstrated success in classroom instruction; minimum of five years of K‑12 instructional, coaching or leadership experience; strong knowledge of Florida’s Formula for Success, state academic standards, and student‑centered instructional practices; proven ability to design and deliver high‑quality professional learning; excellent collaboration, communication and facilitation skills.
