We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated 5th Grade Teacher to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an educator who enjoys upper elementary learning, thrives in a structured classroom environment, and is eager to guide students during this important stage of academic and personal growth.
As the 5th Grade Teacher at RMCA, you will prepare students for middle school success by delivering strong instruction using the Abeka curriculum, strengthening critical thinking skills, and encouraging students to grow academically, socially, and spiritually. You will foster a classroom environment that promotes responsibility, confidence, and a love for learning.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- Valid Florida Teaching Certification (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Positive attitude and passion for helping students grow
- Commitment to Christian education and supporting the whole child
