• Observe interns as they interact with students and deliver lessons.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with interns' mentor teachers.
• Conduct coaching cycles with interns, including pre‑conferences, observations, and post‑conferences.
• Maintain regular communication with interns, providing pedagogical coaching and guidance.
• Lead weekly seminar classes aligned with the clinical experience.
• Complete required university documentation associated with internships.
• Evaluate and grade assignments related to the clinical experience course.
• Support interns in navigating challenges and developing solutions.
• Participate in collaborative planning with other university supervisors.

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master’s degree.
• Experience coaching preservice and/or in‑service elementary teachers.
• Demonstrated expertise in the field of education.
• Three years of teaching experience in K–6.
• Clinical education training.
