Dermatology Healthcare Recruiter – OnSpot Dermatology

Our mobile practices travel where patients are, making high-quality care more convenient than ever. Now, we’re looking for a talented Healthcare Recruiter to help us grow our team and expand our impact. This position is remote,
but required to be live in Florida.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, attract, and hire Dermatologists, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Event Operators, and Medical Assistants.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and offer acceptance.

• Build strong relationships with candidates, clinical leaders, and operations staff.

• Develop creative recruitment strategies to reach top talent across Florida.

• Stay up-to-date on dermatology and healthcare hiring trends to secure the best candidates quickly.

Experience:

• Proven experience in healthcare recruitment (dermatology experience a strong plus).

• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 annually includes benefits. Working Remotely, but based in Florida.
