Pediatric APRN or PA

Overview

Capital Health Plan is a non-profit health maintenance organization with a mission to provide its members with high-quality, affordable health care. We have an exciting opportunity for an APRN or PA in our pediatric practice to become a part of our highly respected, physician group. Some duties include:

• Diagnose or treat patients health conditions
• Order or interpret the results of diagnostics tests
• Perform routine physical examinations

Capital Health Plan (CHP) is a not-for-profit mixed model health maintenance organization (HMO) offering employer group and Medicare Advantage plans. We are nationally recognized for providing high quality care with low administrative costs and are known for our high patient satisfaction scores. At CHP, we focus on providing health care that is aligned with the Institute for Health Improvement's Triple Aim Initiative.

The Physician Group of Capital Health Plan (PGCHP) provides comprehensive health care for our patients of all ages, genders, and conditions. Our priority is focused around promoting disease prevention and healthy living. The PGCHP is a primary care practice providing care exclusively to Capital Health Plan members. It boasts amazing longevity, as many of the physicians have been with the practice for over 20 years.

This has encouraged new physicians to choose to join the practice, so that we may continue to thrive for years to come.

We recognize that there is a need for quality pediatric care in our community to support our loyal Capital Health Plan members. Our desire is to place ourselves in a position to grow to meet the unique needs of this population. For this reason, we are seeking to add a APRN or PA to our pediatric practice.
