- Full Time
- Hours:
Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm - Employed
- Average Patients seen: 20-40 minute appointments
- Call
Schedule:
Minimal, shared call rotation - Sign-On Bonus
- Compensation:
- Total Annual Earning Potential $300K+, based on years of experience
- Compensation structure: base pay + up to 20% annual bonus incentive - Benefits:
- Up to $30,000 sign-on opportunity - Comprehensive Health Benefit plan - available day one- 19 days PTO + 9 Paid Holidays + 4 flex days throughout the year + additional time-off benefits (VTO, FMLA, parental leave, domestic partner leave, caregiver leave, bereavement time, etc.)- 5 days CME + $3,500- 401(k) with Employer Match - after 12 months

Seeking an experienced physician to work as a lead in a team-based environment.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years directly applicable experience preferred- DEA and FL Licenses- BC/BE in Family or Internal Medicine (Geriatric Medicine Preferred)
