Studio Operations Coordinator

Hall Darling Design Studio is an award-winning, design-based architectural practice in Sarasota. We are a small, collaborative studio that values clear communication, technical rigor, and thoughtful execution.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support studio operations. This role combines administrative coordination, proposal support, communications, and front-of-office responsibilities.

• Prepare and format proposals and qualification packages using Adobe In Design
• Assist with drafting architectural service proposals and contracts
• Maintain and update resumes, project sheets, and marketing materials
• Coordinate consultant information and assemble submission packages
• Manage calendars, deadlines, and general studio organization
• Answer phones and serve as a professional point of contact for clients and consultants
• Assist with management of the firm’s website and social media presence
• Provide general administrative and operational support

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly In Design
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in an architecture, engineering, or construction office strongly preferred
