Full-Time General Dentist
Location: Englewood, FL.
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Day Off: Wednesday | No weekends.
Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite.

Practice Overview

This is a long-standing general dentistry practice that has served the local community for over 25 years and is currently undergoing a significant expansion. The practice is growing from 11 to 15 operatories
, with a newly renovated space scheduled to open in February, supporting continued patient demand and provider growth.

Practice Highlights
  • High-volume PPO practice averaging 130+ new patients per month
    .
  • Established patient base with approximately 65% of patients over age 60
    , alongside a growing younger demographic.
  • Provider team includes three General Dentists and a part-time Endodontist (2 days/week).
  • Fully digital environment utilizing Eaglesoft PMS
    , three TRIOS scanners
    , and CBCT.
  • Planned transition to Denticon in 2026.
  • Recently renovated and expanding clinical footprint.
Position Summary

The General Dentist will provide comprehensive general dentistry services in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for an experienced clinician who values efficiency, teamwork, and delivering high-quality patient care while supporting continued practice growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry care to a diverse patient population.
  • Perform a wide range of procedures, including simple and surgical extractions.
  • Maintain high clinical standards while managing a busy daily schedule.
  • Collaborate effectively with other dentists, specialists, and support staff.
  • Educate patients and present treatment plans clearly and confidently.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience (DSO experience preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in general dentistry, including extractions.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Patient-focused, team-oriented, and reliable.
  • Experience in a fully digital dental practice preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
  • 90-day daily guarantee
    , followed by a tiered percentage of net collections
    .
  • Starting at 31%, increasing up to 33%.
  • Lab fees covered when using preferred vendors.
  • 100% responsibility when using non-preferred vendors.
  • $2,000 annual CE allowance
    .
