- AM: 3:45 AM – 11:45 AM
- MID: 11:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- PM: 5:30 PM – 1:30 AM
Must be able to work between the hours you are hired for.

General Purpose of JobThis Passenger Service Agent at Trego‑Dugan Aviation serves customers at VPS, Destin‑Fort Walton Beach Airport, providing total customer service, handling inquiries, completing transactions, and performing ramp, aircraft cleaning, operations, and commissary duties as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Process customer tickets, check baggage, monitor carry‑on baggage for size and quantity, assign seats.
- Provide information on arrival and departure times, boarding procedures, carry‑on regulations, and seating arrangements.
- Handle denied‑boarding situations, solicit volunteers, accommodate customers, and provide hotel, meal, and taxi vouchers when appropriate.
- Ensure FAA, airline, and airport regulations are followed.
- Enforce safety/security measures and protect sensitive zones.
- Assist customers with special needs, including boarding assistance.
- Carry out ad‑hoc assignments as requested by the lead or supervisor.
- Complete sales reports.
- Maintain excellent communication skills.
- Read and write in English; bilingual skills a plus.
- Work efficiently under time constraints.
- Be well‑groomed.
- Other duties as assigned.

Must be able to lift and carry a 70‑pound suitcase from the floor to 18 inches, and carry a 70‑pound suitcase with both hands for up to 25 feet. Must possess sufficient vision and physical dexterity for repetitive tasks and motion, including bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling, twisting, and sustaining those positions for extended periods.
Work EnvironmentAirport environment: indoor and outdoor, with extreme temperature ranges.
Other Requirements and Qualifications- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. - Experience:
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience or equivalent training/experience. - Knowledge:
Basic computer skills, ability to type 25 WPM. - Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must pass a ten‑year background check and pre‑employment drug test.
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S. as defined in the Immigration Act of 1986.
- Attend and successfully complete required training.
- Read and write English.
MUST be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
