Location: Immokalee

King Risk Partners, LLC is growing and seeking an exceptionally disciplined, driven, and committed individual for our Client Support Specialist role. The ideal candidate will be sales and service‑focused, team‑oriented, self‑motivated, resourceful, detail‑oriented, and enjoy working in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment.

In this role, you will answer customer queries, resolve issues, review policies, and direct calls to sales agents when necessary. You will provide friendly and professional customer service while staying calm under pressure.

This position is based at our Immokalee, FL office.

Requirements
  • Become familiar with company insurance products.
  • Answer calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Access customer accounts and policy schedules.
  • Process payments and simple endorsements such as address changes or pulling documents.
  • Provide customers detailed information about policies and products.
  • Liaison between agents, carriers, and customers.
  • Identify accounts for upsell or cross‑sell potential and forward customers to sales agents when a policy needs to be initiated or upgraded.
  • Type complaint reports.
  • Manage the customer complaint database.
  • Scan and attach files when necessary.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA)
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of database software.
  • High‑level typing skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of telephone and call forwarding systems.
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
  • Ability to explain detailed policy concepts in a simple way.
  • Personal and/or commercial lines insurance knowledge.
Required
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 3+ years of customer service experience.
  • Previous experience working as a customer service representative.
