Answers calls, regarding inquiries from insurance plan members and the community at-large. Provides verbal and/or written responses to inquiries, or refers contact to appropriate party. Provides assistance for resolving problems concerning CHP membership and services.
Minimum Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- A minimum of one year of job related experience (call center, medical office) is preferred.
