Customer Service Representative – Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $19.50/hour

We are seeking dependable and service-oriented candidates for a Customer Service Representative position with the opportunity to transition from temporary to permanent employment. This role requires a strong commitment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

Skills testing must be completed to be considered
Must be available to train Monday through Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM (8 weeks of paid training)
Training schedule is subject to change
Schedule Requirements:
Please note that shift selection is not available after training. Work schedules will be assigned upon successful completion of training. The facility operates seven (7) days per week from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Assigned schedules will consist of eight (8) hour shifts, five (5) days per week.
Weekend availability is required.
High school diploma or recognized equivalent
ANDFour (4) years of administrative, billing, credit/collections, account systems, or customer service experience
ORBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
OREquivalent combination of education and experience
This position involves responsible clerical work assisting customers in establishing service accounts and handling complex or specialized accounts. It includes extensive public contact and requires excellent customer service skills. Work is performed independently under general supervision and evaluated through accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers with new service accounts and account issues
Handle escalated or complex customer service concerns
Set deposit requirements for new commercial accounts
Collaborate with supervisors to collect data and perform service studies
Ensure a high standard of professionalism, accuracy, and customer support
