Customer Service Representative – Temp-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $19.50/hour
Start Date: Monday, March 30, 2026

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and service-oriented candidates for a Customer Service Representative position with the opportunity to transition from temporary to permanent employment. This role requires a strong commitment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

Key Requirements
  • Must submit an updated resume

  • Must pass a background check and drug screening

  • Minimum 1-year commitment required

  • Skills testing must be completed to be considered

  • Must be available to train Monday through Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM (8 weeks of paid training)

  • Training schedule is subject to change

Schedule Requirements:
Please note that shift selection is not available after training. Work schedules will be assigned upon successful completion of training. The facility operates seven (7) days per week from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Assigned schedules will consist of eight (8) hour shifts, five (5) days per week.
Weekend availability is required.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or recognized equivalent
    AND

  • Four (4) years of administrative, billing, credit/collections, account systems, or customer service experience
    OR

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
    OR

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience

Major Function

This position involves responsible clerical work assisting customers in establishing service accounts and handling complex or specialized accounts. It includes extensive public contact and requires excellent customer service skills. Work is performed independently under general supervision and evaluated through accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with new service accounts and account issues

  • Handle escalated or complex customer service concerns

  • Set deposit requirements for new commercial accounts

  • Collaborate with supervisors to collect data and perform service studies

  • Ensure a high standard of professionalism, accuracy, and customer support
