We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to support our dealership’s service department. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for service customers—handling inbound calls, online inquiries, and follow-up communication to schedule service appointments and improve customer retention.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound phone calls, emails, texts, and online service inquiries promptly and professionally
- Schedule service appointments for maintenance, repairs, recalls, and warranty work
- Confirm upcoming service appointments and follow up on missed or declined visits
- Conduct outbound calls to support service campaigns, reminders, and customer retention efforts
- Accurately document customer interactions and appointment details in the CRM/DMS
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and management to ensure a smooth handoff
- Answer general questions related to service scheduling, hours, and dealership processes
- Provide a positive, professional customer experience at every touchpoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently
- Basic computer skills and comfort working with CRM systems
- 1 year previous BDC, call center, customer service, or dealership experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
