* * Guest Service Agents are the face of the hotel as they are often the first people guests interact with upon arrival. A Guest Service Agent is responsible for accommodating all guests and their various needs.

* What You’ll Do:

** As a Guest Service Agent, you’ll wear many hats greeting guests, managing check-ins/check-outs, and handling special requests (think arranging a taxi, organizing surprise birthday gifts, or recommending the best local attractions). You’ll ensure smooth operations by following our 5/10 rule to keep guests smiling and jump into action to solve any issues that may arise.

* Key Responsibilities:

** Greet every guest with a warm smile and make their arrival memorable, following the 5/10 rule.

Check guests in and out efficiently, assign rooms, process payments, and assist with reservations or cancellations.

Add a touch of magic by arranging special services, such as calling a cab, offering directions, or setting up a surprise for a guest’s celebration.

Handle guest concerns with patience and a positive, solution-oriented approach.

Always look professional maintain your uniform, appearance, and nametag.

Stay organized and ensure accurate documentation, including guest accounts, payments, and personal  a team player step in where needed to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Keep your workspace tidy and report any safety concerns promptly.

Bring your fun, friendly attitude to every interaction, with both guests and teammates!

* What We’re Looking For:

** High school diploma (or equivalent).At least 1 year of customer service experience; hospitality experience is a plus.

The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Strong English communication skills, both with guests and teammates.

Computer-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn reservation and POS systems.

A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
** Physical Demands and Scheduling:
** This role will keep you on your feet and interacting with guests. Be prepared for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, with some lifting and long periods of standing.
