Pay rate: $17 - $19/hr
Work schedule: Flexible based on business need:

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST)
  or

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST)

  Work Model: Anticipated 100% Remote (candidates must reside within 30 miles of the Fort Myers, FL office)

Research Engagement Services (RES) Specialists provide world-class service by engaging directly with clients, prospects, and vendors to coordinate research requests with Gartner Research & Advisory Experts. This role serves as a liaison between internal and external clients and Gartner’s expert community, helping solve clients’ most pressing technology and business-related questions. Successful candidates are service-oriented, detail-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to schedule research interviews
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for member and prospective companies on research projects
• Act as a liaison between clients and Gartner Experts to facilitate research engagement
• Ensure CRM () contains accurate account details, contact information, and notes related to research requests
• Provide research support across a variety of projects
• Maintain project dashboards to ensure clear visibility into ownership, progress, and next steps

• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and verbal)
• Completed Bachelor’s degree
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work flexible shifts as required

• Candidates must reside within 30 miles of the Fort Myers, FL office for consideration
