We are LIFE SURGE, a faith-based live events and financial education programs provider. We produce 20+ events annually and serve thousands with financial education nationwide. This role supports the Impact Team’s mission to address customer concerns, reinforce customers’ why, and encourage attendance at Impact Classes.
The Impact Counselor will frequently engage via phone, text, email, and outbound reminders.
- Engage in proactive outbound and inbound communication (calls, texts, emails) to promote Impact classes and assist customers in attending.
- Establish and nurture relationships with customers to foster ongoing engagement.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey, from pre-class inquiries to post-class support.
- Convey product knowledge with proficiency and confidence.
- Understand the sales process, including retention and handling warm leads.
- Collaborate effectively within a team-based environment to achieve collective goals.
- Experience in customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong, pleasant, and effective phone presence.
- Self-motivated, self-managed, and driven by performance.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Organized and focused, with a flexible, ?whatever needs done? mentality for the organization.
- Able to create and maintain positive relationships with team members and customers.
- Must be able to work nights and weekends.
