Job SummaryProvides customer service and consultative sales support to customers through inbound calls and digital platforms. This position requires delivering a positive customer experience, navigating marketing offers, accurately entering data, and handling complex inquiries.
Pay$15.00/hr
LocationRemote, must live in Nebraska, South Dakota, Texas, Iowa or Florida
Scheduling RequirementsYour scheduled hours and training will be within the designated shift time you select based on being an AM or Mid shift.
- AM:
Between 7am – 2pm CST - Mid:
Between 11am – 7pm CST - A weekend shift (Saturday and/or Sunday) is required for all agents.
- If extra hours are offered, you’re welcome to pick up extra hours at any time, this is not just limited to your desired schedule preference of AM, Mid.
- Scheduled hours between 8 to 40 hours per week
- Overtime is not available unless specifically offered.
- All times for Omaha Steaks are listed in Central Standard Time.
- Your chosen schedule will be a block schedule.
- You will work the same shift time on all days selected to work.
- You will select your schedule during day one of training.
- Must have your own PC with functioning camera
- Must be less than 5 years old and running Microsoft Windows 10 or 11 (Windows 7, Windows 8, MAC OS, and Chrome OS are not supported or allowed)
- Must have high-speed internet service (10 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload)
- Minimum GB on RAM is 6GB.
- An approved headset will be required
- Must have computer and virus protection
- Must have anti-virus installed and up-to-date (Windows 10 and or 11 built-in security center antivirus and/or 3rd party antivirus are supported)
