BDI Marine Contractors, LLC is seeking an experienced Pile Driving Foreman to lead crews on marine and heavy civil construction projects throughout South Florida.
This is a hands‑on leadership role. The ideal candidate is highly experienced in pile driving operations, understands production goals, and can manage crews safely and efficiently in demanding environments.
Responsibilities- Lead and supervise pile driving crews on marine and civil projects
- Coordinate daily operations, equipment, and manpower
- Read and interpret plans, pile schedules, and specifications
- Operate pile driving equipment as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers and Superintendents
- Maintain production targets and jobsite efficiency
- Complete daily reports and documentation
- 5+ years experience in pile driving (steel, concrete, timber preferred)
- Prior foreman or crew leadership experience required
- Strong understanding of marine/heavy civil construction
- Ability to read blueprints and layout piles accurately
- Experience working over water (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
- OSHA certification (preferred)
