Role
Description:
Senior Estimator responsible for cost estimation, project planning, and bid management for heavy civil projects using HCSS Heavy Bid.
Qualifications:
- Experience in cost estimation, project planning, and bid management
- Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with project managers and clients
- Knowledge of construction methodologies and industry standards
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in site development
- Experience in HCSS Heavy Bid
