Konik is excited to partner with a leading Retail and Commercial construction firm who has a need in Miami. Known for excellence in construction management, fast-track building, design-build, and general contracting, our client is seeking a Construction Project Manager to deliver high-profile retail projects and drive continued growth.

Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• Manage project finances by tracking expenses, minimizing risks, and ensuring profitability
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors while maintaining strong client relationships
• Monitor progress through site visits and inspections to uphold safety, quality, and timeline standards

Construction Project Manager Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably with retail or high-end construction projects
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams effectively
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with willingness to travel 15-20%

Compensation:

• 5+ years of experience: $80,000 - $110,000 annually
• 10-15 years of experience: $115,000 - $135,000 annually
• Additional benefits include performance bonuses, travel reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package
