RCL Development Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Superintendent to oversee luxury residential construction projects in the Rosemary Beach area. In this role, you will manage day-to-day construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for high-end residential construction.

• Project Management: Oversee all phases of luxury residential construction, from site preparation to final inspections.
• Schedule Coordination: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Team Leadership: Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel, providing guidance and resolving issues as they arise.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to uphold the highest construction standards and compliance with codes.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including schedules, reports, material logs, and change orders.

• Proven experience as a Residential Superintendent or in a similar luxury home construction role.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams with exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaborating with clients, architects, and teams.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Preferred: OSHA certification or similar safety training.
