This position is within the Information Services Program on the EDI/XML Development Team. The team is responsible for providing support and assistance to software developers and alternative tax form developers, as well as supporting various web applications.
Duties for this position include, but are not limited to, coordinating with software and alternative tax form developers to support the testing and approval of software output files and/or alternative forms; managing the intake and processing of developer registration forms; reviewing and responding to inquiries and incidents reported by internal and external customers; analyzing system specifications to provide technical assistance; performing system testing;
and completing other related duties as assigned.
- One (1) year of experience delivering technical support and assisting customers with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Two (2) years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working with state and/or federal taxes.
- Experience testing systems as part of the software development process.
- Experience in designing paper and/or electronic forms.
