Key Responsibilities- Partner with Project Managers to gather project status updates, risks, issues, and key performance data.
- Consolidate and standardize information across the portfolio to support reporting, dashboards, and leadership reviews.
- Ensure adherence to established project and portfolio management processes.
- Assist in maintaining portfolio views, tracking progress against milestones, and spotting trends or concerns.

- Assist in maintaining portfolio views, tracking progress against milestones, and spotting trends or concerns.
- Support the creation, refinement, and reporting of performance metrics tied to portfolio outcomes.
- Compile, analyze, and visualize data using Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.
- Help meet organizational expectations for transparent reporting on infrastructure portfolio performance.
- Work with the team to ensure teams follow process changes and governance expectations.
- Assist in communications, documentation updates, and reinforcing changes across teams (minimal OCM ownership).
- Collect and validate project information from PMs via direct interactions.
- Compile project status summaries and ensure data consistency.
- Support the team by executing the frameworks and processes defined.
- Prepare reporting materials, presentations, and metric visualizations.
- Track follow‑ups with PMs and ensure timely updates.
- Experience with performance metrics — data gathering, tracking, and reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (charts, tables, data synthesis).
- Project Management background — familiarity with PM processes, terminology, and workflows.
- Light OCM experience (communications, process adoption, change reinforcement).
- JIRA experience (updating issues, running reports, or navigating agile boards).
The IT Business Systems Analyst supports the PMO, Organizational Change Management (OCM), and Performance Management functions within the technology organization. This role is responsible for executing and coordinating portfolio reporting, governance tracking, and performance metrics processes under the direction of leadership. The Analyst will provide structured analysis, reporting support, and cross‑team coordination to ensure visibility and consistency across initiatives. This position supports leadership in executing established roadmaps and governance processes and does not own strategy or portfolio direction.
Portfolio& PMO Support
- Maintain portfolio tracking tools, status reports, and documentation.
- Consolidate updates from project managers into standardized reporting formats.
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
- Support preparation of governance and leadership meeting materials.
- Ensure timely follow‑up on assigned action items and deliverables.
- Maintain portfolio data accuracy and consistency.
- Support tracking and reporting of defined KPIs and performance measures.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting templates.
- Analyze trends and summarize insights for leadership review.
- Assist in improving reporting processes and data quality.
- Assist in stakeholder tracking and impact documentation.
- Support communications and training coordination activities.
- Track change‑related action items and adoption measures.
- Provide documentation and reporting support for change initiatives.
- 7–10 years of experience in business analysis, PMO support, program coordination, or operational reporting.
- Experience working within IT or technology‑focused organizations.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
