Our clientg isseeking a Business Analyst-Level 1 - Associate to conduct operational and financial analyses that support informed decision-making. This role involves medium to large special projects, quantitative and qualitative research, process design and modification, and report development. The ideal candidate will apply standardized tools and techniques to collect, analyze, and present data for business insights, working extensively with data analysis, market intelligence, and modeling to support business strategies.

• Conduct operational and financial analyses to support business decision-making
• Assist with collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources
• Use tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL to develop reports and dashboards for business performance tracking
• Support special projects related to demand modeling, locational analysis, and segment analysis
• Utilize databases to derive insights including demand modeling, locational analysis, segment analysis, growth modeling, and propensity modeling
• Develop reports and recommendations that help optimize project execution and resource allocation
• Drive related projects forward to build a more complex customer data environment with better tools and capabilities
• Apply standardized analytical tools and techniques to present data for business insights

• 0-5 years of experience in business analysis, data management, or process improvement
• Strong research skills and problem-solving mindset
• Organized approach to data processing and reporting
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL
• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience with market intelligence and business modeling
• Knowledge of database management and data analysis techniques
• Experience supporting business strategy initiatives
